Wednesday: VIP Track Day

Mustang Week Florida starts on a racetrack.

Wednesday morning, March 10, Mustang Week Florida opens at The Motor Enclave in Tampa — Florida’s premier driving facility — with a VIP Track Day. If you’ve got a Mustang Week Florida VIP ticket, this is your day on the road course. Run the HPDE, an instructed, non-competitive track session grouped by skill level with a classroom session before you hit the course, and open to all Fords. Not ready for a full track day? Take VIP Parade Laps instead: two paced laps behind a pace car, no track experience required, in your own Ford. Or just spectate — VIP gets you in the gate either way.

Wednesday: Kick-Off Party

Then at 6 PM the whole Tampa Bay Ford community is invited to the Mustang Week Florida Kick-Off Party, 100% free to attend and open to the public at The Motor Enclave.

  • All-Ford Cruise-In with parking ON The Motor Enclave track
  • Music / DJ and virtual racing
  • Food & drinks
  • Mustang Week merch + registration and wristband pick-up
  • Spectator parking for any vehicle, no charge

Parking opens at 5 PM (please don’t arrive earlier). Pick up your Mustang Week Florida wristband Wednesday night and you’re set for the week.

Thursday: Redneck Race Night

Fast Fords. Bad decisions. Questionable fashion. Welcome to Mustang Week Florida Redneck Race Night. 🏁

Thursday, March 11, Mustang Week Florida takes over Showtime Speedway in Clearwater for the wildest night of the week. The first 500 through the gate get a free mullet, bandana or koozie — wear it proudly.

The drag strip is all-Ford, all night. Run Test & Tune to lay down passes and settle grudges with your buddies, or enter True Street — a real street-car class where you drive a 30+ min cruise and then make three back-to-back passes with no swapping tires, no wrenching, no excuses, across 9- through 13-second index classes.

Spectator Drags put you on the oval in the car you drove to the track: two laps at a time in the fun runs, then head-to-head in the Pizza & Beer race finale. Strap into a drift ride-along with a Mustang Week Florida driver for a sideways lap you’ll never forget. The Street Burnout Contest brings your Mustang or Ford to the center of the oval to fight for a $1,000 purse, judged by crowd noise.

And in between: the inaugural Redneck Games. Tire throwing, cooler racing, a costume contest, and yes, maybe a dedicated Camaro Destruction Zone? This is Mustang Week Florida. Harness your inner Florida Man.

Friday: Fabulous Fords Friday

If it’s a Ford, it belongs at Mustang Week Florida. 🔥

Friday, March 12, Mustang Week Florida rolls into Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg for Fabulous Fords Friday — the biggest all-Ford gathering the Tampa Bay area has ever seen. Mustang, Bronco, F-150, Focus, Fox body, Lightning, GT — all Fords are welcome at the Fabulous Fords Cruise-In, with 800+ Fords expected to park inside the venue.

While you walk the rows, the drift runs all day: drift exhibitions, drift ride-alongs with Mustang Week Florida drivers, and the Drift Battle, where the top drivers of Mustang Week Florida go head-to-head for the title of King of Drift.

Think your car makes power? Strap it to the rollers for Dyno Runs and enter the Dyno Challenge, with separate Power Adder and All Motor classes and bragging rights on the line all weekend. Then hit the vendor midway, grab official Mustang Week Florida merch, and settle in with music, food and drinks until the gates close.

Cruise-in spots are limited, and entry is free with a Saturday Car Show or Show & Shine registration.

Saturday: The Official Mustang Week Car Show

This is the day Mustang Week Florida was built for. 🏆

Saturday, March 13, Tropicana Field hosts the Mustang Week Florida Official Car Show — the first-ever judged Mustang Week car show in Florida. From classic Mustangs to brand-new builds, nearly 100 awards across a wide range of classes mean there’s a place for every Mustang. Want to compete? Enter the Official Car Show. Just want your Mustang inside the show? Choose Show & Shine and park with the best without being judged. Both include free entry to Friday’s cruise-in.

Around the show, the action doesn’t stop: drift exhibitions and ride-alongs, the Dyno Challenge finale, Mustang & Ford celebrities, content creators and influencers, the vendor midway, Mustang Week Florida merch, and music, food and drinks all day.

Car show and Show & Shine spots are capped, and Mustang Week Florida is already filling up. Register your Mustang now and we’ll see you in St. Pete.
