Tuesday, August 25 kicks things off with the Dark Horse Track Attack Owners Program, a complimentary performance driving experience exclusively for Mustang Dark Horse owners at Charlotte Motor Speedway. This program blends classroom instruction with on-track sessions including skid pad, autocross, and road course driving. It is designed to help Dark Horse owners build real confidence behind the wheel while exploring the full capabilities of their car in a controlled, professional setting.
Wednesday, August 26 opens the door wider with a Wheelhouse performance driving experience available to all skill levels. Participants can choose between two or four hour sessions focused on car control, braking, and racing lines, all led by experienced Wheelhouse instructors at Charlotte Motor Speedway. If you have ever wanted to develop genuine driving skill in your Mustang at a world-class facility, this is the opportunity to do it. Thursday, August 27 is the crown jewel of the week on track. Wheelhouse hosts the full Mustang Week Track Day presented by Shelby American at Charlotte Motor Speedway, running from 8 AM to 5 PM. HPDE sessions are available for novice, intermediate, and advanced drivers, giving participants of every experience level a structured, safe, and exhilarating opportunity to put their Mustang through its paces on the legendary ROVAL. Not ready to run at full pace? The Track Experience option includes parade laps on both the Superspeedway and the ROVAL, plus the option for pro ride-alongs in Mustang Dark Horses. Whether you are behind the wheel or riding shotgun, getting on that track during Mustang Week is an experience that does not come around often.
Friday and Saturday bring Wheelhouse Racing School to zMAX Dragway for Autocross, presented by General Tire. The team at Wheelhouse will be running all operations to ensure every participant gets the most out of their runs on the autocross course.
