Lance Wilson – FoxbodyFX
If you’re into Fox Bodies, you already know Lance Wilson. As the brains behind FoxbodyFX, he’s been cranking out killer interviews, top-tier photography, and podcast-style content dedicated to the Fox Body community. Mike Murillo – 16x World Champion
You don’t win 16 world championships by accident. Mike Murillo is a legend, dominating races everywhere—including Street Outlaws No Prep Kings. He’ll be running the Drag Race Clinic at All-Ford Drag Day, so if you wanna learn from one of the best, be there.
Larry Hamilton – World’s Quickest S650 GT
Larry Hamilton holds the record for the quickest S650 GT Mustang on the planet. This dude isn’t just fast—he’s setting records. Watch him rip down the track at the All-Ford Drag Day presented by HP Tuners, then check out his build at the Car Show.

Aaron Schmick – Trigger Society
Aaron Schmick is all about taking corners FAST in his E85-tuned 2022 Mustang GT. His YouTube channel, Trigger Society, covers all things Mustang, from builds to track days. If you like seeing Mustangs do more than just go straight, check out Aaron’s setup.
Ryan Aillet – ProTouring ‘65 Mustang
Ryan Aillet took his classic ’65 Mustang and turned it into a full-blown ProTouring machine. With a modern drivetrain, upgraded suspension, and high-performance brakes, it handles better than most new sports cars. If you appreciate old-school meets new-school performance, this is the car to see.

Vaughn Gittin Jr. – RTR & Fun Haver
Vaughn Gittin Jr. is a name synonymous with drifting. A multi-time Formula Drift Champion, owner of RTR Vehicles, and the mastermind behind Fun Haver, Vaughn is bringing his high-energy, tire-shredding action to Mustang Week Texas. You can catch him tearing it up at various events throughout the week—so don’t miss out!
Ben Hobson – RTR Drift Team
Ben Hobson is an up-and-coming pro drifter who was recently signed to RTR. He now drives alongside Vaughn Gittin Jr. and James Deane at Formula Drift events. You may even catch Ben competing in the Karting Challenge at Mustang Week Texas—this dude is FAST!
Alexander Ferreira – Turbo S550 Drift Beast
Alexander Ferreira will be RIPPING in his 1100hp turbo S550 that he uses for drift demos all over the country! This guy knows how to shred tires and is bound to put on a show that you can’t miss.
Chris Leonard – Future Formula Drift Star
Chris Leonard is a second-generation racer who started competing at 16 years old. He dominated drag racing and autocross before transitioning to drifting, where he won the 2021 Full Lock Drift Pro 3 championship. With multiple podium finishes and an unstoppable drive, Chris is pushing hard to become the next great Formula Drift competitor.
Hunter Thompson – Project Q
Hunter Thompson is a full-time builder, manager, and driver for Project Q. He completed his rookie drifting season in 2024 after campaigning his SN95 Mustang. With a Texas upbringing and a dirt track racing background, he’s aiming for his first competition win in 2025.
Sam Nelson – FL2K Winner Turned Drifter
Sam Nelson has been involved in motorsports for 10 years. She went from winning FL2K 2024 in her 1998 Honda Civic to now drifting an S197 Mustang. A diehard Mustang fan, she loves everything from Fox Bodies to S550s and is ready to throw down at Mustang Week Texas.
Burnout Contestants
Alexandria Garcia – Twin Turbo S550
Alexandria Garcia is planning on showing out in the Mustang Week Texas Smoke Show! She’s been in the racing world for years, and her twin-turbo 2016 S550 Mustang is putting down over 1000 WHP. Even crazier? She still drives it on the street. When she’s not chasing an 8.0-second quarter mile, she’ll be putting on a smoke show at the burnout contest.
Colt Tompkins – Blown V8 S197
Colt Tompkins will be tearing up the skid pad in his Blown V8-swapped 2005 S197. The droptop was necessary since Colt is 6’8″—basically a giant. He will be competing in the Ford vs. World Class and is ALWAYS a crowd favorite. Look for him showing out at the Smoke Show on Saturday Night at Mustang Week Mayhem!
Speedy Cop – Cessna Jet
You read that right… Speedycop is bringing his street legal Ecoboost powered 1956 Cessna 310 airplane to Mustang Week Texas. We can guarantee that you won’t find an actual airplane doing burnouts anywhere else! Come see it in person on saturday night.
